Overview
AE Live covers a range of tournaments for major clients which take place around the world. They differ in scale and complexity, and each brings its own challenges whereby pre-defined scope can often change. For these events to be delivered successfully, it’s imperative we are organised, communicate well and are adaptable.
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning and day-to-day management of each specific event and the role of a Project Co-Ordinator is to assist with these duties. As well as tracking all key milestones, you will need to understand all services and deliverables that AE Live provide and assist with on-site delivery and roll out. Specific knowledge will come with training but the role benefits from an initial grace period whereby the successful candidate will work directly into a lead PM, meaning responsibilities will increase with time.
This position will ultimately be client facing with you working alongside senior Project leads as well as the wider departments within AE Live. The Project Co-Ordinator will assist with major events but will be required to take the lead on smaller events when planning and schedules collide.
